GDPR and your rights
Exercising your rights
Send your request to info@hubio.sk or Hubio, s. r. o., company ID 55966918, Duklianska 2709/58, 052 01 Spišská Nová Ves, Slovakia. Identify the service and request; for sharing, provide the identifier without the key. Do not send passwords or the shared content.
Depending on the processing, you may request access and a copy, correction, erasure, restriction and portability. Portability applies to automated processing based on consent or contract. You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your situation and to direct marketing at any time. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Legal obligations or claims may limit certain rights. Slovak authority's rights overview.
Handling requests
We provide information without undue delay and within one month. Complexity or the number of requests may justify a further two months; reasons are communicated within the first month. Refusals are explained. Requests are generally free; statutory exceptions cover, for example, manifestly unfounded or excessive requests and additional copies. Reasonable identity doubts may require proportionate verification. Do not send identity documents unless requested. European Commission information.
Encrypted content
We do not hold the decryption key, so we cannot recover it or read encrypted content. This does not exclude rights regarding data we process. Additional information may be needed if your data cannot be identified. Expiry or exhausted opens may mean we no longer hold the content. Deletion by us does not delete recipients' copies.
Complaints
You may contact the Slovak data protection authority or the authority in your habitual residence, workplace or place of the alleged infringement. Contacting Hubio first is not a prerequisite. Judicial remedies remain available.
